The Problem (Aka: Why most support tools are trash)

You know the drill.

A user has a simple question. The bot sends them in circles.
The help center has 54 tabs. No one reads them.
Live chat? “We typically reply within a day.”

My Role

My Role

Leading Intelliask across three major fronts:

Product & Design

  • Defined the vision: AI support that feels like your co-founder

  • Mapped the full product journey (with my co-founder)

  • Designed the entire UX in Figma: setup flow, training logic, dashboard, live preview, test environment, analytics (with my co-founder).

PM & Strategy

  • Spearheaded feature prioritization with one goal: speed + precision

  • Defined a lean MVP scope that delivered value fast

  • Wrote specs devs could build on, not decode

  • Balanced technical feasibility with high design expectations

Brand & GTM

  • Developed Intelliask’s voice: loud, bold, dead-on confident

  • Shaped positioning as a challenger to leading competitors

  • Wrote marketing copy, pitch decks, landing page content

  • Created teaser posts, waitlist strategy, and launch narrative

The Destination

We’re not just competing.
We’re redefining the category.

In the next few sprints:

  • Integrations with Notion, Intercom, and Slack

  • Feedback loops that train on customer sentiment

  • Auto-doc suggestions based on unanswered questions

  • GPT-4o-native support and multi-language rollout
